All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.

During high-volume periods (sales, new drops, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs £4.95, and is free for orders over £50.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed, and we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.
If your parcel appears lost or delayed, reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist.
Returns Due to Failed Delivery
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.
