Thank you for shopping with IYYI Limited. We hope you love your purchase, however, if you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. This policy outlines your rights and how to return items purchased from our online store.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items to us within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received them

Be unworn, unwashed and free from odours, marks, or damage

Have all original tags, labels and packaging attached

Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us at info@iyyi.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot refund items that fail to reach us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.

Please note:

Delivery charges are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty or incorrect)

Original processing times of your payment provider may vary

5. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. If the item requested is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@iyyi.co.uk with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you.

7. Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK laws. You may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement where goods are faulty, misdescribed, or not fit for purpose.
